Appointment Cancellations
Your appointment reserves time for your pet with our veterinary team. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Advance notice allows us to offer that time to another pet who needs care.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancel fee.
