You are welcome to phone, email or please walk-in to schedule an appointment with us! Our receptionist and team will attempt to accommodate your requests. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to our hospital immediately. If possible, we request for you to call ahead before coming in as we can advise you on your situation and have needed equipment ready when you arrive. Our team will be prepared for your arrival.
Appointments are scheduled throughout the day, 6 days a week. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please inform our receptionist so we can allow that time slot to become available for another pet who may need it. We strive to keep your waiting time to a minimum as we understand your time is valuable. Unfortunately, emergencies do happen now and then, and we ask for your patience and understanding if there is a delay during your appointment. We will always do our best to inform you of any changes in the schedule ahead of time.
When the office is closed, we refer emergencies to the Animal Emergency Clinic of the Fraser Valley, who are open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. You can reach them directly by calling 604-514-1711. They are located at #306 – 6325 204th Street in Langley.
If you are concerned your pet may have swallowed a poisonous substance or food, please contact the ASPCA Poison Control in Canada at 1-888-426-4435.
